Adam

Principal Physio

Adam is passionate about inspiring others to good health. He has been intentionally and passionately putting the CARE back into Healthcare since 2005, as a clinician and now also as a Health business owner. His award-winning clinics and values-based business models influence their unique service delivery.

From a one-room/one-Physio clinic in 2008, OFP has grown into a multi-award-winning trusted local name with a reputation in the Greater Springfield for a "go the extra mile" style of healthcare, from Small Business of the Year to a Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce Members' Choice finalist.

Adam graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours from the University of Queensland in 2004 and is a Watson Headache® Certified Practitioner and STEEL-certified Cancer Rehabilitation Physiotherapist. His deep passions are his family, faith, exercise and helping people live life to the full.

Matt

Senior Physio

Matt believes we are all made to move, and when that is taken away from you it affects every part of your life. His passion in healthcare is to help you return to your most healthy version of yourself, and allow you to get back to doing what you love.

Matt has been working at OFP since 2016 and has taken a particular interest in treating knee and ankle injuries, including post-surgical management and rehab. He has done further study in knee pain management, from the sporting knee to treating the older knee, and training in Sports Physiotherapy and Headache/Migraine management.

Matt is a father of four, a youth-group leader at a local church, and spends as much spare time as possible biking, hiking or climbing.

Michael

Senior Physio

Michael graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Credit) in 2008 from the University of Otago. He has worked in private practice in New Zealand and Australia and has competed in athletics, rugby, judo and swimming, experiences that fuel his sports-physiotherapy approach.

Michael's motto: first get patients "out of the negatives and back to zero" before "getting them into the positives". He has worked closely with teams and individual athletes across many sports including international travel with squads.

Further interests include Clinical Pilates, Dry Needling, the McKenzie approach and concussion management. He holds a black belt in Judo.

Shreya

Physio

Shreya graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in Mumbai, India, and is currently pursuing her Master of Science (Sport & Exercise) at the University of Southern QLD.

She is passionate about helping patients live a pain-free life with improved physical well-being. Her particular interests include musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries and paediatric patients.

In addition to English, Shreya is fluent in Hindi and Marathi. In her free time she enjoys the beach, cooking and painting.

Lachlan

Physio

Lachlan graduated from UQ with a Master of Physiotherapy Studies in 2025 and completed a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at QUT in 2021.

He is passionate about helping people move better and get back to doing the things they love. Lachlan has particular interests in sports, musculoskeletal and concussion management.

His treatment approach focuses on collaboration, placing the client at the centre of their care, combining hands-on techniques with exercise therapy.

Amiee

Physio

Amiee Ryan graduated in 2025 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University. She has a strong passion for health, sport, exercise and movement.

During her studies she gained valuable experience working with Sydney FC's Academy Squad as well as some local football clubs as a physiotherapy assistant.

Amiee also holds a teaching diploma and certificate in classical ballet and contemporary dance, with over 20 years of dancing experience and more than 10 years of teaching.

Sabbath

Physio

Sabbath graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from Griffith University in 2025. His immersion into the profession stemmed from a love for working with real people and incorporating his passion for sports.

He has been a part of the Greater Springfield community for most of his life. Outside of our clinic he is also a submission grappling coach and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt.

Sabbath has a keen interest in managing injury and performance in combat sports.

David

Physio

David graduated from UQ with a Master of Physiotherapy Studies. He is passionate about helping people get back to doing what they love.

His treatment philosophy is that the patient is the expert on their own bodily experience, and the patient should be at the centre of their care. He uses a variety of hands-on techniques along with exercise therapy.

When he's not in the clinic, David loves experimenting in the kitchen, playing badminton or treating his guinea pigs with some fruit and veges.

Ria

Physio

Ria has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Master of Science in Sports and Exercise. She is a compassionate Physiotherapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals of all ages regain their health and vitality.

Her extensive experience spans intensive care to paediatric care. She is motivated to provide tailored care, patient education and pain relief, helping patients get back to daily life pain-free.

Ria is multilingual (English, Hindi & Marathi). In her personal time she loves photography, reading and exploring different cuisines.

Diana

Physio

Diana graduated with a Bachelor of Rehabilitation Therapy from Tongji University in China and a Master of Physiotherapy Studies from the University of Queensland. She speaks fluent English and Mandarin.

Diana loves helping patients with pain and musculoskeletal injuries. Before moving to Australia she worked as a Physio at Shanghai First Rehabilitation Hospital for 3 years and specialised in sports injury and post-operative rehabilitation.

She combines Western and Eastern approaches to relieve her patients' pain and improve physical function. In her spare time she enjoys baking, painting, hiking and her two guinea pigs (Hew and Pipi).

Devanshi

Acupuncture / Dry Needling

Devanshi completed her undergraduate studies in India and is currently pursuing a Master's in Sports and Exercise Science with aspirations to study further.

She inclines more towards musculoskeletal care and is interested in developing skills for spinal conditions. Devanshi is dedicated to helping people overcome pain and reclaim their lives, and speaks fluent English, Hindi and Gujarati.

Beyond her professional life, Devanshi expresses an interest in creativity through drawing and painting.

Jagoda

Physio

Jagoda is a highly qualified Physiotherapist with a background spanning two continents and has a genuine passion for helping people move and feel their best.

She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Health and Sport Sciences in Poland, and most recently completed a Diploma in Health from the University of South Australia.

Jagoda's approach is evidence-based and centred on body awareness, helping clients better understand their movement and function. She has a particular interest in musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries, supporting clients through recovery and injury prevention.

Alongside Physiotherapy, Jagoda is a qualified Reformer and Barre Pilates teacher, and holds additional training in Dry Needling, Therapeutic Reflexology, Reiki & Sound Healing, Massage Therapy, Neuropsychology, and Trauma-Informed Coaching (Certified 2024).

She takes an integrative approach to care, drawing on both Western and Eastern Medicine perspectives to support each client's individual health journey.

Outside of the clinic, Jagoda is a proud mum to energetic 5-year-old twins and loves spending time in nature, from bush walks to beach days whenever she can.

Twisha

Senior Paediatric Physio

Twisha has been working as a physiotherapist since 2009 and brings extensive experience across both paediatric and adult rehabilitation. She holds a Masters in Paediatric Physiotherapy and enjoys working across all age groups.

Twisha works with children presenting with a range of neurological, developmental and genetic conditions including cerebral palsy, developmental delay, ASD, hypermobility and rare genetic diagnoses. She has developed a strong clinical interest in supporting children with cerebral palsy and complex motor presentations.

She is trained in Neurodevelopmental Therapy (NDT) and is a certified Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) Level A therapist. Her sessions combine neurodevelopmental approaches, play-based therapy and functional strengthening tailored to each child's individual needs and goals.

Twisha is also comfortable assisting with paediatric equipment trials and prescription, including walker trials and Theratogs, helping children optimise mobility, posture and participation across home, school and community environments.

Alongside her paediatric caseload, Twisha also supports adults with a range of musculoskeletal concerns including back and neck pain, general mobility issues, and persistent pain.

Outside of work, Twisha enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and focusing on personal growth and ongoing learning, both professionally and personally.

Danielle

Senior Massage Therapist

Likes to go by Dani (otherwise she's looking around for her mother, thinking she's in trouble… again).

Dani completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2006, Diploma of Reflexology in 2011 and Level 2 Reiki in 2013. After leaving the high seas and super-luxury yacht industry behind in 2013 she found her family at OFP.

Dani is a senior Massage Therapist who can assist with lower-back pain, postural concerns, sports injuries, joint flexibility, paraesthesia/nerve pain, headache and pregnancy massage.

Penny

Senior Massage + Myotherapist

An education teacher turned holistic health therapist, Penny made her way into a health and beauty career and then into Massage Therapy, and is now a qualified Myotherapist.

Penny has been a local to the area for a long time and has worked for prominent local Health clinics and even her own clinic from home. She is a valued member of the OFP team with over 10 years' experience.

She can assist with remedial massage, sports massage, myotherapy, lymphatic drainage and oncology massage, oriental and pregnancy massage, structural bodywork and therapeutic exercise.

Kate

Exercise Physiologist

Kate has a passion for helping people understand and implement ways to manage their conditions, improve their quality of life and everyday health through exercise.

With five years' experience, Kate loves helping a variety of people whether it's chronic disease, healthy ageing or musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She particularly enjoys assisting those with lower back and neck pain, neurological conditions, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis (including falls prevention) and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

In her spare time, Kate loves being outdoors, the beach, and spending time with family and friends.

Charlotte

Acupuncture · Chinese Herbal Medicine

Charlotte is a Dr in Acupuncture & Chinese Herbal Medicine (BHlthSci) and is qualified in Applied Kinesiology and Neuro Emotional Technique (NET).

She is dedicated to supporting women on their health journeys including fertility and pregnancy, bringing a unique blend of traditional wisdom and evidence-based techniques to her holistic approach.

With additional training as a Yoga and Yin Yoga Facilitator, Charlotte integrates breathwork, movement and mindfulness into her treatments to help clients reduce stress, restore balance and support reproductive health naturally.

Allan

Exercise Physiologist

Allan is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about helping individuals and families move with confidence and live healthier, more active lives. Graduating from the University of Southern Queensland in 2024 with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology Honours.

Allan works with people of all ages and abilities, supporting those managing musculoskeletal injuries, chronic conditions, metabolic conditions, neurological conditions, cardiovascular disease, and other long-term health concerns.

Allan has a strong interest in working with athletes from a variety of sporting backgrounds, including basketball, soccer, and cricket. He enjoys helping athletes improve performance, enhance strength and conditioning, support injury prevention, and safely return to sport following injury.

In his free time, Allan enjoys serving at his church, playing the guitar and singing, and loves his cricket.

Emma-Rae

Exercise Physiologist

Emma-Rae is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist working alongside our team to support clients of all ages through tailored, evidence-based exercise programs.

She enjoys helping clients improve strength, mobility and confidence, whether they are managing a chronic condition, recovering from injury or simply wanting to move better day-to-day.

Steph is our Accredited Practising Dietitian, supporting clients with personalised, evidence-based nutrition advice that fits real life.

She works alongside our physios and exercise physiologists to support recovery, performance, gut health and the management of chronic conditions through food.

Yvonne

Business Manager

Yvonne is the Business Manager for The Kingdom Health Group businesses, working alongside the Business Owners & Operations Manager overseeing staff, finance, management, social media/website and general operations.

With over 25 years of administration and management experience, with training in Business Management & Leadership, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the team with a genuine passion for the health and well-being of staff, patients and the business alike.

She loves all things tennis, has a keen interest in gardening and enjoys singing.

Nicole

Clinic Manager · Brookwater

After high school Nicole ("Nicki") went to Secretarial School and worked in Reception and Administration roles for the next 5 years. Nicki then joined the Airforce and completed 10 years working in ground roles, with a flying squadron and on active service.

Nicki has been with OFP since 2016 and brings great admin skills to the team, advancing to Clinic Manager at Brookwater. "I love being a part of such a professional, caring practice."

Nicki is married with three beautiful children and three amazing step-children. In her spare time she loves hanging out with family, friends and her gorgeous puppies.

Carmen

Senior Receptionist · HR Manager

Carmen joined our team in 2021 as a Senior Receptionist & HR Manager. With many years of HR experience, she coordinates Reception team rosters, leave, WH&S and event coordination.

Carmen has over 20 years' experience in front-line customer service. 15+ years of that experience was with the Qld State Government, liaising with public housing tenants, managing teams, working with community organisations, stakeholders and HR.

Carmen has lived in the Greater Springfield area for over 20 years, is a mother of two, and runs her family business of selling South American street foods at weekend markets.

Emma

Business Development & Marketing

Emma is the Business Development & Marketing Manager at OFP and assists with social media and promotions.

She has a Graduate Diploma in Primary Education and Childcare with extensive experience managing teams and people, including over 10 years running day-care centres before joining OFP. She also has experience and interests in social media marketing and clinical nutrition.

When she is not being a mother to 5 children (and one husband, Adam), she can be found enjoying boxing, kickboxing, CrossFit and strength training. Emma is also a raw, vegan, organic home-cooking enthusiast on her 'Mamacita's Healthy Kitchen' pages.
