We have a team of experts waiting to assist you including Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Exercise Physiologist, Dietitian, Naturopath and a Strength and Conditioning Coach. We focus on thorough assessment, “hands on” treatment and a therapeutic exercise program to get you back on track and back to your best as fast as possible . You will feel the comfort and confidence from a team that knows sport – several of our Physiotherapists have played professional or semi-professional sport in everything from Basketball, Dance, Swimming to Kickboxing, Futsal, Power Lifting, Soccer, Climbing and Athletics.

RECOVERY

Also for your benefit we have the latest hi-tech recovery equipment for your post-sport/ event warm down and repair including the full body NORMATEC® PULSE 2.0 PRO Compression Therapy.   We also have specialised exercise equipment and gyms onsite at all our locations including whole body vibration machines and Theraguns.  We are also in partnership with several large local Gyms and Hydro Pools for high level and expert rehabilitation of our clients.  If you prefer to go it alone we can prescribe a return to sport program for home or your own gym and we can play a more coaching Physio role.

We sponsor and champion many local upcoming young athletes.  If you (or your adolescent son/daughter) are training to become an elite or professional athlete and are training multiple times a week (and maybe even over training) and need some guidance and ongoing Healthcare...as the body grows, to avoid burnout and injury, we can help!  We can also ease the financial burden and provide discounted treatment, products, supports, braces and professional mentorship and advice to help every young athlete grow into their best, and reach their goals with grace - as pain free as possible.   If you are interested in becoming a VIP in our clinic and getting some expert help on your journey to becoming a Pro all you need to do is fill out an Athlete Sponsorship Program application form.
