Common Questions
No referral needed for most appointments. You can book directly with us. However, if you're claiming through Medicare's Chronic Disease Management plan, WorkCover, or DVA, you'll need a referral from your GP first.
Contact us on 07 3470 1203 for current pricing. We have HICAPS on site so you can claim your private health rebate instantly and just pay the gap. NDIS and WorkCover clients have no out of pocket costs.
We try to see urgent cases the same day when possible. For acute injuries or severe pain, call us on 07 3470 1203 and we'll do our best to fit you in. Most patients can get an appointment within the same week.
Bring your Medicare card, private health fund card, any referrals or imaging results you have, and wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the area we're treating. If you're a WorkCover or CTP claim, bring your claim number.
